Ceasefire deal sealed for southern Damascus: Egypt state media

CAIRO/BEIRUT (Reuters) - A ceasefire deal for a Syrian rebel-held pocket south of Damascus was reached on Thursday, brokered by Egypt and Russia, Egyptian state media said.
