Dutch PM Rutte: final deal on government pact reached

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - A final deal on a new government accord has been reached, Prime Minister Mark Rutte said on Tuesday, paving the way for a four-party coalition in the Netherlands, Dutch news agency ANP reported.
