New Cyprus talks must offer clarity to Turk Cypriots, official says

NICOSIA (Reuters) - Talks on the reunification of Cyprus should resume only if the "political status" of Turkish Cypriots is addressed should the new talks fail, a senior Turkish Cypriot official said.
