Ukrainian lawmaker blames Russia for deadly Kiev blast

KIEV (Reuters) - A Ukrainian lawmaker wounded in an explosion in Kiev that killed two people blamed Russia on Thursday for the blast that Ukrainian officials called an act of terrorism.
