Chad reshuffles finance, other key ministries - decree

N'DJAMENA (Reuters) - Chad's President Idriss Deby on Sunday appointed Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul as minister of finance and also named new economy, foreign affairs, security and justice ministers, a presidential decree showed.
