Israel says arrested three Turks in Jerusalem amid unrest

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli authorities have arrested three Turkish tourists in Jerusalem over an incident that followed Muslim prayers at a flashpoint holy site, a police spokesman said on Saturday.
