Putin has no plans so far to attend Syria peace congress: Kremlin

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin currently has no plans to attend a Syria peace congress in the Russian city of Sochi, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday.
