Revolutionary Guards, Islamic State fighters clash in west Iran

BEIRUT (Reuters) - Three members of the Revolutionary Guards and three Islamic State militants were killed in clashes in the west of Iran on Saturday, a top Guards' commander said, according to Tasnim news agency.
