Russian and Turkish foreign ministers discuss Syria by phone: Russia

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's foreign ministry said on Friday that minister Sergei Lavrov had spoken over the phone with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu about preparations for the Syrian Congress of National Dialogue.
