Toll from blast in Afghan capital up to at least 40 dead, 140 wounded: official

KABUL (Reuters) - The toll from a car-bomb blast in the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday rose to at least 40 dead and 140 wounded, health ministry spokesman Wahid Majroh said.
