Israel's Netanyahu says discussing settlement annexation with U.S.

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday he has been discussing with the United States possible Israeli annexation of Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank.
