Buses pull up at Russian embassy as expelled diplomats prepare to leave London

LONDON (Reuters) - Two buses with diplomatic number plates arrived at the Russian embassy in London on Tuesday after Prime Minister Theresa May ordered 23 diplomats leave Britain in the wake of a military-grade nerve toxin attack on English soil.
