Czechs halt extradition proceedings against Syrian Kurd leader

PRAGUE (Reuters) - Czech authorities halted extradition proceedings against a Syrian Kurdish leader whom they briefly detained in February on a warrant issued by Turkey, a state attorney's office said on Monday.
