Explosion and fire at Burkina Faso army HQ: Reuters witness

OUAGADOUGOU (Reuters) - An explosion rocked Burkina Faso's army headquarters in the capital Ouagadougou on Friday and black smoke could be seen billowing above, a Reuters witness said.
