ILO sets up rare inquiry into Venezuelan workers' rights

GENEVA (Reuters) - The International Labour Organization (ILO) launched a commission of inquiry on Wednesday into complaints that Venezuela is violating standards including freedom of association and workers' rights to organize, a spokesman said.
