Ukraine plans to buy helicopters from France: foreign ministers

KIEV (Reuters) - Ukraine will sign an agreement on Friday to buy helicopters from France, the French and Ukrainian foreign ministers Jean-Yves Le Drian and Pavlo Klimkin said during a joint briefing in Kiev.
