India's CBI investigates rape allegation against ruling party legislator

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's federal Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday took over an investigation into allegations that a state legislator from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's party raped a teenager nine months ago, police said.
