Russia backs U.S.-North Korea contacts, sending foreign minister to Pyongyang

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held talks with his North Korean counterpart, Ri Yong Ho, on Tuesday, and said afterwards that Moscow supported contacts between North Korea and the United States.
