Suspected jihadists kill 40 Tuaregs in north Mali - governor

BAMAKO (Reuters) - Suspected jihadists killed 40 ethnic Tuaregs, including women and children, in two attacks in northern Mali's Menaka region, the regional governor said on Saturday.
