Suicide attack targets Libyan electoral commission offices in Tripoli: spokesman

TRIPOLI (Reuters) - A group of militants including a suicide bomber targeted the head offices of Libya's electoral commission in Tripoli on Wednesday, setting fire to the building, a spokesman said.
